There are many reasons people don’t see results. If you feel like you are stuck and not seeing any result, please read below and find out if any of these could be beneficial to you:
Not eating enough:
What we eat plays a HUGE role in our results. If you are trying to gain muscle you have to be sure that you are eating enough for your goals. Everyone is different so we don’t have the perfect answer for each and every one of you, but make sure to do your research for your goals to know how much you should be eating; how many calories, how much protein, etc. Make sure the calories you are consuming are healthy calories and not just high calorie foods that could ruin your results and hard work, this is very important for seeing results.
Not keeping a consistent diet:
Again, diets play a big role! Once you figure out the perfect diet for you, make sure you stick to it. If you do good 5/7 days of the week and you eat not so good for the other 2 days of the week. This could potentially mess with your results. Of course you should still enjoy your life, just make sure you are being wise with the decisions you make if you are eager to see results!
Some people just take longer than others to see results and that is okay! Some people gain muscle quicker, lose fat faster, etc. This just means you have to work a little harder for what you want! Make sure you are staying consistent and really pushing yourself, you will see results they just may take a little longer.
You don’t follow a plan:
Following a plan can help more than you think, following a certain workout plan and food plan that match the goals you are wanting to achieve. Is the best way to see results that you will love! Plan everything out and stick to it, I promise you will see results if you are consistent!
