5 creative ways to use Bowmar Nutrition’s Protein Powder:

There are so many different ways to use protein powder. You can stick with the basics of adding it to water or your choice of milk, or you can get creative with it. Here are some other simple ways you can use our Bowmar NutritionProtein Powder.

  1. Protein Bites: protein bites are convenient and easy to make, and they are  good for a snack or  ‘pick me up’ throughout the day. You can store them in your fridge and eat them throughout the week. You just add one cup of oats, one cup of Peanut Butter, Almond Butter, or even Bowmar Butter from Bowmar Nutrition! Pour in two scoops of protein with some honey or agave, and you can also add chocolate chips. Then mix the ingredients together, put them in a pan, and shape them in any form you want. Store it in the fridge and chill for 30 mins. There is your healthy and quick snack for the week!
  2. Smoothies/Smoothie Bowls- Smoothies and Smoothie bowls are a great way to get your protein intake while also getting your fruits and veggies. It's a really great meal replacement or just a delicious snack. We offer plenty of protein powders that would go great in your smoothies or bowls!
  3. Milkshakes- Protein milkshakes can be so great with Bowmar Nutrition Protein powder and your choice of milk. Add ice, blend, and you can even add whipped cream and sprinkles.   5. Pancake/Waffles- You can add protein into a pancake mix or you can make them from scratch using our Bowmar protein. This is great for a high protein breakfast and the protein adds flavor so you don’t need extra sweeteners.
