Hi friends! My name is Amy! I started my journey with Bowmar Nutrition when I was 6 months post VSG and struggling hard core to hit my protein goals as I began weight lifting. CLICK HERE TO SEE MY CHUNKY MONKEY OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE↓ In a mason jar combine: 6oz almond milk (or whatever milk you prefer!) 1/2 scoop Bowmar Nutrition frosted cookie protein (I mix the protein & milk before with my rapid mixer) 5G chia seeds 45g quick oats half of a banana splash of vanilla 2 tbsp Bowmar Nutrition cookie butter optional: chocolate chips Put the cap on and refrigerate overnight — you absolutely can warm it up in the microwave in the morning but I eat mine cold!
