ABOUT ME

I'm Chelsie, I am a mom of 2 and a bonus mom of 2 and live in Maine where I have grown up my entire life. I have naturally lost over 100 pounds through healthy eating and exercise. Fitness has become a passion of mine over the last few years, we have a full home gym set up. I continue to live a healthy life through proper nutrition, exercise and of course Bowmar products.

MY DAILY MUST HAVES ↓

My daily must have products are Greens (berry or lemon), Sharp (cranberry lemonade, strawberry pineapple or peach) Collagen, Probiotics, Colon Cleanse, Essentials (Grape lemonade or Guava Nectarine). On my workout days I also always use Pre-Workout (non-stim Peach Mango, Pineapple Punch or Non-Stim Sour Gummy), Citrapeak Capsules, and a post workout protein shake (Whey S'mores, Blueberry Cheesecake, birthday cake, pancakes & syrup or Wedding cake) My other favorites are the Apple Cider donut protein bars and all of the Bowmar butters are delicious to me!
