ABOUT ME

Hellllooo!
My name is McKenzie and I have been with Bowmar since January of 2019! I was able to work the Arnold booth that year with them and loved the family vibe Bowmar provides. My fitness journey began in 2014 when I lost 60lbs! I’ve been weight lifting ever since. I wanted to share some products I cannot live without!

Protein has played a super important part in my journey. I struggle to hit my daily protein goal with food alone so that is where a powder is needed. Everyday I make protein coffee! It cuts down on added sweetness that can make coffee high in calorie. My current obsession is adding the smores protein in my coffee.
One of my FAVORITE things to make with the protein is a pancake bowl! I have it nightly for my dessert. I will use any flavor (usually blueberry), add some pancake mix and microwave it! The recipe I usually use is 20g Bowmar, 25g kodiak cakes and then water! Microwave for a minute and it’s an amazing dessert packed with protein!

Melt- helped me stay in a calorie deficit and added to my fat loss phase this year!
Colon Cleanse- my stomach isn’t my best friend so when we’re fighting I take colon cleanse and makes me feel 100% again!
