I’ve never tried a Bowmar Nutrition product I don’t love, but I don’t go a single day without:  Colon Cleanse, Multi, Probiotics, MELT, Sharp, Immunity, Greens, Reds & Purples, Collagen, Whey or Vegan Protein and PRE (my sidekick, Ruthie, gets a dose of Bone Broth and Collagen every day too!)

Why do you love Bowmar Nutrition:

I work crazy hours and also travel quite a bit (for work). Being able to pack my Bowmar Nutrition products helps me bring my routine on the road, and ensures I get enough protein each day even if I’m not in control of much else. I love that I actually look forward to my Bowmar Nutrition meals, whether it’s a PHC Iced Coffee in an airport, or a quick Bar, Cookie, or Apex Stick as my post-workout hotel room snack.

I discovered Sarah and Josh back in 2015, while I was prepping for my wedding. It’s been amazing to watch their journey and I’m so thrilled for their success. True story: I still have my (empty) first batch of PHC tub that I ordered when it first launched (pictured in photo). I’ve been so impressed by their honest and transparent approach to the over-saturated supplement market, providing quality products that I can truly recommend and feel good about using myself. Sarah actually inspired me to get certified both as a personal trainer as well as a nutrition coach so I would be qualified to actually answer all the questions I get from my friends, colleagues, & family (many of whom assume I either work for or resell BN).

I have been a customer from the very beginning and will continue to be. I truly appreciate how much effort goes into listening, teaching and just interacting with their customers. They have the best of interest in our health vs the dollar bill. When they included Bowwow Bone Broth I was like hell yes! I knew without a doubt it would be a great addition to my dog's health. It’s one brand that I feel whole heartily- family. I cannot say that about any other brand.

Not only do I LOVE these products, but my kids do as well. I have to hide them until they take naps so I don't always have to share. I recently got my husband on board with the greens, fiber, and purples/reds. He is enjoying them as well!

I’ve always struggled with digestion and bloating until I found Bowmar. The quality of every supplement including fiber, greens, and glutamine to name a few are unmatched and quite literally life changing. I love the unique flavours of protein and the easy digestion that comes with it. Bowmar makes building supplement stacks the most exciting part of my day with their raw line options. I always start my morning with mimosa sharp and look forward to building a pre to get hyped for my workout! The variety of high protein snacks make it easy to hit macros and I’m always referring my nutrition clients to Bowmar!

When we first tasted Protein Hot Chocolate (back when it was the only product available) we were hooked on the taste alone! Then they continued to come out with life changing products that have transformed us from the inside out. We also appreciate Sarah’s transparency on everything, her desire to educate consumers, and that they literally are the best products from their flavors to ingredients to 3rd party testing etc.

Currently, I am a D1 collegiate athlete for the Utah Tech Women's Soccer team. Participating in trainings and lifts everyday with multiple games a week, it is difficult to feel recovered and energized. I love Bowmar Nutrition because it helps me to feel rejuvenated and fresh throughout my long day of demanding activities of soccer practices, work, and classes. The Replenishes help me to maintain the electrolyte levels I need to perform at my best, and using Essentials, Immunity, and Greens gives me a boost of energy and provides the necessary nutrition I need to stay healthy as an athlete.

I’ve been using Bowmar products for over five years now and the quality and consistency has never disappointed. I know that with BN, I’m always getting the BEST. The owners are very genuine and their customer service team is ELITE. Over the years, I’ve been able to use a large array of their products for my body at different stages of my life, depending on my specific goals at the time. Weight-loss, maintenance, gut repair and most recently, I’ve been able to use so many of their products throughout my first pregnancy! No matter what my focus is, their products always deliver. I have my long time, everyday staples that I take with me whenever I’m traveling, and it’s so convenient that they come in sample sizes and variations as well.What stands out to me most is the taste and flavors of all their products. Whether it’s pre/intra workout products, protein powder or bars, the flavors are always spot on and never artificial/chemical-tasting (unlike competitors), which is what has kept me coming back for YEARS. My fiancé and even my dogs love and use BN products also. I’ve tried many brands on the market, and it’s Safe to say we will be a forever BN household!

Why do you love Bowmar Nutrition:

I've been with this brand since it first launched (before y'all were married)! I've long since loved the consistent quality of all of the products. This is the ONLY brand of protein where I have finished MULTIPLE tubs of protein (the chocolate and pumpkin spice have been my favorites!). As the brand has grown, I've enjoyed the greens, melt, collagen, and the preworkout, and again have finished them. When my dad had surgery on his esophagus and couldn't eat solid food, I got him some of this protein for a tasty and nutritious supplement to his diet and he loved it. Not enough good things to say about this brand, and I will be a customer for life!

I'm an officer in the Navy and fly in the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye, and also have a wedding photography business. When I was on my 10 month around the world deployment on the USS Abraham Lincoln, I had collagen and greens shipped to the boat when I ran out (I drank it every morning greens and some crystal light!). I am proud to call myself an entrepreneur with a love for travel, photography, and business.

I found Bowmar Nutrition in the beginning of my weight loss journey. I am a mom of 3 and taking care of myself hasn't always been easy. Bowmar Nutrition products have become products I live off of. Not because I have too but because they make it so easy. Collagen has helped me with my hair loss from weight loss surgery. Sharp has helped me stay focus and have mental clarity during the hard days. The protein powder has helped me get my protein in, when I struggled to get food down. Melt helped suppress some food cravings. Another great reason why I love Bowmar Nutrition is that my kids love it too. The meat sticks are my kids favorite and easy to pack on the go. Bowmar Nutrition has helped me put myself first and taught me that it's okay to take care of myself. That way I can be the best me and the best mom my kids deserve!

I love the honesty of the products with sharing the COA’s, the flavors are phenomenal. SHARP literally changed my life and has helped me be more present for my family after a TBI and two brain aneurysms & it’s immensely improved my memory and has been validated with brain scans while taking SHARP vs. not taking SHARP. I don’t hesitate with letting my daughter have a majority of the supplements with her pediatrician’s approval.

BN is one of my favorite companies, not just because of their amazing products, but because of the company's transparency, their top of the line products and the company's view towards bettering all communities health and fitness. I use BN digestive duo daily as it has helped my digestion tremendously. I also use BN SHARP daily as it has helped reduce my anxiety levels and increased my energy, focus and has helped me have a more positive outlook on the rough days as an exhausted mother. I owe so much to not only bettering my mental health, but my physical health as well. Before starting BN products, I struggled hard with an ED and was at my lowest adult weight. But after using their products especially their protein powders for shakes and their bars for a delicious snack, I am back to a normal, sustainable weight and diet and can't thank Bowmar enough for helping me get back on track!

Bowmar has been my go to for years now and it will be years to come :) I don’t really have any hobbies to myself but we do love trying new foods and I like to cook. My most favorite thing by far is being a mom.

I stumbled across Sarah in 2018/19 on IG and fell in love with her arms! Saw she and her husband had their own company, decided to give a bunch of samples a try and haven’t purchased from another company since. I love that I can try most products by samples before committing to larger supplies. I’m also loving the rewards program since I basically sign off all my paychecks to buy more BN products (so at least I’m getting rewarded).

Why do you love Bowmar Nutrition:

Generally, I like that Bowmar products are mostly in powder form. I really like that the Certificate of Analysis (COAs) are available, and that Bowmar's quality is unmatched. My favorite products are immunity, collagen, and fiber. Immunity keeps my immune system strong. I have a hip condition, and collagen helps it feel better. And fiber helps me not feel so bloated. The whole family uses Bowmar products- my young teen drinks immunity and protein, and my husband like the protein and collagen.

My favorite drink- immunity, greens, and collagen! When you're face to face with strangers a few times a week at jiu jitsu, it's nice to keep the immune system strong!

The flavors are stackable so you have tons of options to choose from. Citrapeak gives me an unreal pump when I'm lifting!

The new Product Quiz helps each person figure out specifically what they could be lacking and gives a product suggestion based on their individual needs. What's NOT to love!! Products taste great! Every item I have purchased has made a difference in the way I feel. I first followed Sarah for the workouts she posted & that led me to check out the company. The honesty, transparency & education that Sarah delivers can't be beat! How many company owners can you DM a question to & get a personal response from?  The Bowmar Support Team is also A+! I start each morning with Collagen, Greens, & Immunity drink - then have Protein Hazelnut in my coffee, which is now, my new favorite product. I have recently introduced "my" morning drink to my youngest daughter & she loves it as well & takes the multi vitamin daily.

Throughout the last three years of my weight loss journey, I have been taking Essentials and Collagen daily. The Essentials have increased my water intake, which had been a huge goal of mine. The collagen has eased my joint pain and allowed me to become an avid hiker here in Maine. It has taken me five years but I recently met my 100lb weight loss goal, and I owe a huge thank you to Bowmar Nutrition for providing the products that helped me along the way!

My favorite for coffee is Hazelnut Coffee, Pumpkin Spice, Vanilla Bean, Cinnamon Roll & French Toast. The other flavors I'm using mostly in shakes. I love my 17 Bowmar Nutrition protein flavors.

Why do you love Bowmar Nutrition:

I love all your supplements. Collagen was the first I started using in May of 2020 during the pandemic. Working in Covid ICU and wearing the double mask my face became so bad like never before- full of pimples and dry skin. After only one tub I saw the difference. From that time on I've been using collagen daily and my supplements stock increased with every order.

My other daily cocktail is Greens + Glutamine + Sharp + Immunity.
Preworkout & Essentials for gym days. I also just started using Melt. Now I'm waiting to receive my Fiber as I was out of stock of it for almost a month. What I can say, Bowmar Nutrition has the best supplements ever!

I have been buying and using Bowmar products since they first launched PHC. I followed Sarah prior to that (not sure how I found her, but so glad I did!). It was the first protein I ever tried that actually tasted good. Now they continue to come out with great products that taste so good you want to keep buying them. It’s awesome to have things even my two year old loves, plus they are also healthy choices for her. On top of their great products, I also love that they give so much information on each and every one- how they work, ingredients used and their wisdom and insight on those ingredients, why they benefit you, and even enough details to tell you if the product would benefit you. Josh and Sarah are trustworthy people who truly want to help others meet their goals. It’s so helpful and I honestly feel I’ve gained so much just from watching and learning while they have grown.

Heather Marsh, one of your influencers, was incredible with information when I started ordering. I started with one product and now I blame her because I swear I’m ordering EVERYTHING Bowmar!! But it’s made such a difference both physically and mentally. I also travel A LOT for work. So I have come up with creative ways to take all my Bowmar products with me when I travel.

I put it in my daily smoothie and my hair dresser has noticed baby hair growth and keeps telling me to do what I’m doing!  I’m in my second trimester so my daily consumption of Bowmar products has changed a bit.  Pre-pregnancy, I loved the pre-workout, Sharp and greens but am holding off on those for the time being. I am looking forward to trying out their prenatal and postnatal products and am hopeful their collagen will help fight off stretch marks ;)

I have been ordering from Bowmar for the last couple years and have a serious “problem.” The majority of my cupboard space is filled with all sorts of protein flavors of varying tub sizes and other supplements and products. Where do I even start? There are a million reasons why I love Bowmar Nutrition, but I ultimately love the clean and clear ingredients. I found Bowmar through a friend in January of 2020 and I wanted to try new things! Since then I haven't found a product I didn't love. I love the variety of flavors, the transparency of the company and the results I've gotten from the products. I'm 9 months pregnant so I haven't been able to take Sharp but the Fiber has been a life changer for me especially in the third trimester. The Clear Skin Cocktail also really helped my pregnancy acne as well as my chicken skin on my arms!

I love Bowmar Nutrition because after years of trying to find a protein I like in both drinks and different snacks, they were the only brand that tasted as good as they sounded with great macros.

As well as the ability to talk to the owners who are actually involved with the company to ask questions, who both respond so fast. I first tried Bowmar Nutrition when it was just PHC, PBC, and PCA, and I got the PHC. I made it for my brother and I and didn’t tell him. Neither one of us could tell the difference at all. That’s when I dropped all the other brands and realized this one was on to something.

S'mores Protein, Blue Raspberry Melt, Blueberry Lemonade Immunity, Cookie Butter, and Peach Mango Pre Workout combined with Orange Pre. And my puppy loves some deer antlers!!

First love Sarah and Josh - and Bowmar Nutrition seems like a big family. I love how they stand behind their products - transparent with ingredients testing etc. Everything I’ve ever ordered I’ve loved. The customer service is phenomenal. And I appreciate that Sarah takes time out of her busy schedule to break down products / their benefits / use etc. Both on her blog and on IG live.

I appreciate so much that Bowmar recognizes nurses and gives a generous discount to them. Through the craziness over the last couple years I swear that Immunity and the Greens have really helped me not get sick.

Everyday products I use are the Clear Skin Cocktail, Multivitamin, Colon Cleanse, Wedding Cake and PHC, Fiber and Sharp.

Aside from the amazing flavors and huge range of products, what drew me to Bowmar from different companies is that they DON'T cookie cut with their suggestions. There is no "one supplement fits all". It's dependent on your needs and your goals. So me, as a 36 year old mother of 3...my needs and goals are way different than the 20 year old competitor.

I can custom make my pre workout to fit what I need. I can get amazing products without the stimulants. And Bowmar is constantly putting out quality products again and again. As I start my commitment to ME and MY weight loss journey, knowing Bowmar is there to help me achieve those goals makes it so much more attainable.

Knowing that it's not just me benefiting from these products keeps me coming back again and again. My HS athlete knows I always have a protein bar or Apex stick in my bag during softball tournaments. She also loves her Bowmar shake post strength training and Replenish during her long weekends of ball. My toddler will swipe my protein bars from my hands to eat them, and my middle guy LOVES him some Teriyaki Apex.
