What are Fish Oils?
Fish Oils come from the tissue of oily fish and are basically concentrated omega-3 pills. Omega-3s are fatty acids that are essential for the human body to function properly; however, our bodies cannot produce them on its own. This means we need to get them through one of two ways: either by consuming fatty fish or by supplementing with a high quality omega-3 supplement.Our Fish Oil capsules are a high concentration omega-3 supplement that provides high doses of both eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) – the two most important omega-3 fatty acids that need to be consumed daily.

Instead it comes from wild caught ocean fish that are purified to remove any possible toxins.
