What are Fish Oils?
Fish Oils come from the tissue of oily fish and are basically concentrated omega-3 pills. Omega-3s are fatty acids that are essential for the human body to function properly; however, our bodies cannot produce them on its own. This means we need to get them through one of two ways: either by consuming fatty fish or by supplementing with a high quality omega-3 supplement. Our Fish Oils capsules are a high concentration omega-3 supplement that provides high doses of both eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) – the two most important omega-3 fatty acids that need to be consumed daily.
These capsules support a healthy heart and ensure you are getting plenty of omega-3 fatty acids in your diet.
Benefits of Fish Oil & Omega 3 Fatty Acids:
Why are they important?
As shown above, fish oils and omega-3s have many important benefits. Our bodies need them to function properly and stay healthy.
How is ours different from other generic brands?
There are several factors that set our fish oils apart from other brands. First and foremost, our fish oil supply does NOT come from farm raised fish, which can be infested with diseases and other contaminants. Instead, it comes from wild caught ocean fish that are purified to remove any possible toxins. We have state-of-the-art purification processes to remove mercury, PCBs, and other toxins to ensure purity levels.
Secondly, you won’t get a fishy aftertaste when you take ours! This partially comes down to the formulation and quality of fish used. Some companies use rancid ingredients and that’s why you get the horrible aftertaste.
Finally, our capsules are clear. This is important to look for when purchasing a fish oil supplement as most generic brands will add fillers to their fish oils. Typically, if this is the case, the capsules themselves will be black, green, or blue. Our Fish Oils do not contain any fillers, artificial colors or flavors.
Who should take it?
Remember, omega-3 fatty acids cannot be produced in the body; therefore, they need to be consumed by eating fish or through supplementation. If you are not consuming at least 2-5 servings of fatty fish each week and/or utilizing a high quality omega-3 supplement, you should consider supplementing with Fish Oils.
