I really enjoy these. I am someone who does suffer from low iron and I cannot take traditional iron pills so I suggested this to my physician, and she was all for it. I noticed a huge difference in taking this within a few days. Especially around my cycle. I tend to get very sluggish and anemic during that time and since taking these, I have noticed a huge improvement with that. My only downfall with these is for me personally, I can taste them a little bit when I go to take them, but other than that, I will keep these on sub subscription.

This stuff WORKS! I not only noticed my hair feeling thicker and my skin clearing up, but my lab work improved after 3 months using this!
