We’ve all heard it before: “Make sure you eat your veggies!” Personally, I heard that line on numerous occasions when I was a kid, but at the time all I knew was they were good for me. I didn’t understand their true value until I got older.
First, let’s chat about vegetables and why they are important:
We all know they are incredibly healthy for you and should be a staple in every diet, but what makes them so great?!
