Over the past six to twelve months, we've been dealing with several challenges behind the scenes and have been working tirelessly to resolve these issues and find effective solutions.

We're excited to announce that, starting in December—and continuing through 2025 and beyond—we'll be back on the regular schedule you've come to know and expect from us. This means more consistent product launches, innovative formulas, and fun, new flavors. In December, we’ll be restocking your favorites and introducing some exciting new products and flavors, including a special holiday flavor that we think you'll love!

We want to thank you for sticking with us through these challenges and for continuing to believe in us, supporting the brand, and purchasing the products we have in stock. Rest assured, we're on track to bring you more frequent restocks and thrilling product launches beginning this December and well into the future.

If something doesn't look right in my cart, what should I do?

If you’re on our website, first try refreshing the webpage. For the Bowmar Nutrition app, try exiting and reopening the app.

We anticipate a large amount of traffic to the site and our app. If you’re still having issues, check out anyway. It’s best to checkout to ensure you get everything you’re shopping for. Afterwards, you can email our support team with any order issues or discrepancies to have them resolved.

Can I use my Bowmar Nutrition points?

Bowmar Rewards will not be eligible to be redeemed during the sale.

Am I able to use a gift card?

Can I use other coupons or discount codes?

Discount codes from prior email campaigns will NOT work during our Black Friday Sale. The only codes that will be active are the 'BLACKFRIDAY' code, athlete codes, and our exclusive discount.

To receive the extra $20 off, does my order total need to be $100 before or after discounts?

In order to receive the additional $20 off for spending over $100, your cart subtotal must be $100 AFTER any discounts are applied.

To receive the $40 gift card, does my order total need to be $200 before or after the discount?

In order to receive the $40 gift card, your cart subtotal must be $200 AFTER any discounts are applied.

How do I know if I qualified for the free $20 gift card for ordering in the first hour?

Check your confirmation email to see what time your order was placed. If it was placed between 12:00PM and 1:00PM EST, then you will receive the free $20 gift card via email within one business day.

Is the 5% OFF exclusive discount combinable with the 'BLACKFRIDAY' discount code?

Can I load my cart prior to the sale?

You can start loading your cart NO SOONER than 30 minutes prior to the start of the sale. We do not recommend loading it any sooner as there’s a possibility that your cart will be emptied.

Will there be any restocks for the sale?

We will not have any additional restocks prior to or during the sale.
