Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR SUBSCRIPTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older. Entry period: Fri Oct 2, 2026 at 12:00pm ET through Sun Oct 4, 2026 at 11:59pm ET.

1. Sponsor

The giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Bowmar Nutrition LLC ("Sponsor"). It is hosted on Instagram by Sarah Bowmar (@sarahbowmar) and @bowmar_nutrition.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry and have a public Instagram account. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry period

The Giveaway begins Fri Oct 2, 2026 at 12:00pm Eastern Time (ET) and ends Sun Oct 4, 2026 at 11:59pm ET (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter

During the Entry Period, on the Giveaway post on Instagram:

1. Follow @sarahbowmar and @bowmar_nutrition.

2. Like the Giveaway post.

3. Comment on the Giveaway post with the one Bowmar product you never run out of. This is one entry.

4. Optional bonus entries: each separate comment that tags a different friend's Instagram account earns one additional entry, up to 5 bonus entries per person (6 entries maximum).

Tagged friends must be real people, not brand, fan or spam accounts. Duplicate tags, automated entries and entries from accounts created to enter do not count. Entries must follow Instagram's terms of use. Sponsor may disqualify any entry it believes is fraudulent or does not follow these rules.

5. Winner selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about Mon Oct 5, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner notification and friend selection

The winner will be announced in Sarah Bowmar's Instagram stories and contacted by direct message only from @sarahbowmar or @bowmar_nutrition. Sponsor will never ask for payment, a password or card details. The winner must reply within 48 hours with their name and shipping address, and the name, Instagram handle and shipping address of one friend (the "Friend") to receive a matching prize. The Friend must meet the eligibility rules above. If the winner does not reply in time, cannot be verified, or does not meet these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random.

7. Prizes

Two matching prizes: one for the winner and one for the Friend. Each prize is Sarah's Daily Stack, made up of the Bowmar Nutrition products below. Approximate retail value (ARV) is $316.93 per prize, $633.86 total, based on bowmarnutrition.com prices on Sep 28, 2026.

Prizes ship free to a US address within about 4 weeks after the winner and Friend are confirmed. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a product of equal or greater value if an item is unavailable. Each recipient is responsible for any taxes on their prize.

8. General conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may cancel, change or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems or other causes outside its control affect it. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries, or for Instagram outages.

9. Release and publicity

By accepting a prize, the winner and Friend release Sponsor, Sarah Bowmar and Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.) from any claims connected to the Giveaway or the prize. Except where prohibited, the winner agrees Sponsor may share their Instagram handle and first name to announce the Giveaway result, with no further payment.

10. Privacy

Information collected from the winner and Friend is used only to verify eligibility and ship prizes, and is handled under Sponsor's privacy policy at bowmarnutrition.com.

11. Instagram disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Participants release Instagram from all liability. Questions go to Sponsor, not Instagram.
