1. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR. This Challenge is sponsored and administered by Bowmar Nutrition LLC, 2310 SE Delaware Ave, STE G #294 Ankeny, IA 50021 (“Bowmar Nutrition”). The Challenge is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and/or Instagram.

   ELIGIBILITY. To participate in the Challenge, you must be at least 18 years of age or older and must be a legal resident of the United States of America or Canada* (exclusions apply). Officers, directors, and employees of Bowmar Nutrition and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Challenge is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

   CHALLENGE PERIOD. The challenge period shall begin on January 2nd, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and will close on February 13th, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST. Transformation Submissions will open February 14th, and close February 20th at 11:59 PM EST.

   HOW TO ENTER THE CHALLENGE: Before January 2nd, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST, an eligible entrant must:

  Visit https://bowmarnutrition.com/pages/melt-challenge-2026 (“Website”) and complete and submit the registration form with their first and last name, Instagram handle, and email address, along with three (3) Day One photos and the participant’s starting weight. The required photos must be a front, back, and side profile of the participant's body. Photos must be taken with one of these options: (1) timestamp of current date and time, (2) sign displaying “Melt Challenge,” or (3) the Melt Challenge printable sign. Participants must wear either a bathing suit or form-fitting athletic wear.

  Purchase at least one MELT tub from https://bowmarnutrition.com/products/melt between December 12th, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and February 13th, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.
  

WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS OF WINNING. Winners will be selected and judged by qualified judges, chosen by Sponsor in their sole discretion. Winners will be selected based on the following criteria:

  Best overall body transformation and physical attributes, including weigh-ins and photos (70%)
  
• 
  Sharing a Post or Reel created by the participant referencing the Challenge (15%)
  
• 
  Quality and value of the product review on Bowmar Nutrition’s website (15%)
  

On or around February 27th, 2026, ten (10) winners will be selected from all eligible submissions received during the Challenge Period. Ten (10) cash prize winners will be selected. Additionally, all eligible participants who complete the challenge requirements will receive one (1) $25 Bowmar Nutrition gift card. Winners will be notified by email within ten (10) days of the closing date.

PRIZE:

All eligible participants shall receive one (1) $25 Bowmar Nutrition gift card. An additional ten (10) winners will receive a cash prize plus a Bowmar Nutrition gift card.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:

  Prize is awarded “as-is” and without warranty of any kind.

  Each winner is responsible for all federal, state, and/or local taxes and any other fees or costs associated with the prize.

  Lost, destroyed, or stolen prizes will not be replaced.
  

PUBLICITY. Except for residents of Tennessee, by entering the Challenge, you consent to Bowmar Nutrition's use of your name, likeness, photographs, account name, biographical information, or statements for advertising or promotional purposes without notice or payment.

PRIVACY. All personally identifiable information submitted in connection with the Challenge will be governed by Bowmar Nutrition’s privacy policy: https://bowmarnutrition.com/policies/privacy-policy

RELEASE. By entering the Challenge, you agree to release, discharge, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bowmar Nutrition and their officers, directors, and employees from any claims arising out of participation in the Challenge or use/misuse of any prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. Participation constitutes unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Bowmar Nutrition’s decisions. Bowmar Nutrition reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Challenge if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity or proper functioning.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION. All disputes will be resolved individually before the appropriate state or federal court located in Los Angeles, California. California law applies. Under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain punitive, incidental, special, indirect, consequential damages, lost profits, or attorneys’ fees.

MISCELLANEOUS. If any provision of these Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Bowmar Nutrition’s failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver. In the event of inconsistencies, these Rules control.
