Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- 1 scoop unflavored Collagen Peptides
- 1 scoop Vanilla Bean Protein
- 1-1.5 cups milk
- Ice
Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until well combined or it's reached your preferred consistency.
- Pour into a glass.
- Sip and ENJOY!

- Diet Rootbeer
- 1 scoop Vanilla Bean Protein
- 1 cup and 1/4 cup milk (+ 2 tbsp added in between spins)
- 10g sugar free vanilla pudding mix
Directions:
- Combine water (1 1/4 cup), protein powder, and pudding mix in a Creami container using a rapid mixer.
- Mix until well combined.
- Freeze for 12-24 hours.
- Remove and let sit out for 10 minutes.
- Lock the container into your Creami and choose "Lite Ice Cream."
- Remove and add 2 tbsps of milk or water.
- Lock the container into your Creami and choose "Respin."
- Remove and add a generous scoop to a glass.
- Pour rootbeer over top and ENJOY!
