Get ready to fudge up your kitchen! Our athletes whipped up 10 drool-worthy (literally) recipes using our Double Fudge Brownie Protein Powder that’ll have you flexing your baking skills and satisfying your sweetooth. From decadent desserts to guilt-free snacks, these recipes are proof that you can have your brownie and eat it too.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of milk of choice
- 1 scoop Bowmar Nutrition Protein Double Fudge Brownie
- ½ tbsp of chocolate jello mix
Directions:
- Combine milk, protein powder, and pudding mix in a Creami container using a rapid mixer.
- Mix until well combined.
- Freeze for 24 hours.
- Once you’re ready to mix your base, remove from the freezer and set in hot water for 1 minute or thaw on the countertop for 5-10 minutes (this is an important step to prevent you from needing to re-spin or add liquid).
- Lock the container into your Creami and choose "Lite Ice Cream."
- Remove and add your mix-ins.
- Lock back in and choose "mix in."
- Top with your toppings of choice and you just made the most delicious creami you will ever have!

Ingredients:
Wet:
- 1 mashed banana
- ⅔ cup nonfat greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup sugar free syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Dry:
- Pinch of salt
- 2 scoops of Protein Double Fudge Brownie
- 1 cup of flour of choice (we do not recommend using coconut flour)
- 2 tsps baking powder
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and prep a bread pan with parchment paper or cooking spray.
- Mix all the wet ingredients together until well combined.
- Add in the dry ingredients.
- Once again, mix until well combined.
- Top with chocolate chips.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove and allow to cool.
- Cut into slices and enjoy yourself some high protein brownie bread!

- 1 tbsp of chocolate jello pudding mix
- Cosmic Brownie chocolate chips
Directions:
- Combine milk (only 1 cup), protein powder, and pudding mix in a Creami container using a rapid mixer.
- Mix until well combined.
- Freeze overnight or for 24 hours.
- Once you’re ready to mix your base, remove from the container from the freezer and lock into your Creami.
- Select "Lite Ice Cream” or “Ice Cream” setting.
- Remove, add ¼ cup milk, lock back in, and choose “respin.”
- Remove, add your mix-ins, lock back in and select "mix in."
- Top with your toppings of choice and ENJOY!

- 5 oz greek yogurt (nonfat or low fat)
- 1 scoop Bowmar Nutrition Protein Double Fudge Brownie
- ½ Bowmar Nutrition Fudge Brownie, crumbled
- 20g chocolate chips
- 5g coconut oil
Directions:
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt, protein powder, ¼ of the crumbled brownie.
- Freeze for 10 minutes or longer until desired consistency is reached.
- In another small bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave or over the stovetop.
- Pour melted chocolate over the frozen yogurt.
- Top with the remaining ¼ of crumbled brownie.
- Freeze for another 10 minutes to harden the chocolate topping.
- When ready to eat, remove and enjoy!

Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix all the base ingredients together until well combined.
- Form into 4 large balls.
- Place on your prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove and allow to cool.
- Now it’s time to make your icing.
- Add cocoa powder and protein powder to a bowl. Mix until combined.
- Slowly add the milk into the mixture and stir until you reach the desired consistency.
- Top the cookies with sprinkles and ENJOY!!

- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 3 scoops Double Fudge Brownie Protein Powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup refined coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt (Margo used vanilla)
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 6 tbsp powdered peanut butter
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips for topping
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, melted coconut oil, and greek yogurt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add in eggs one at a time, mix after each one.
- Stir in coconut sugar until thoroughly combined.
- Add the protein powder and stir, then add almond flour into the mixture and stir until it’s mixed thoroughly. The batter will be thick and sticky.
- Pour the batter into the lined baking pan and spread it evenly.
- In a small bowl, add 6 tbsp powdered peanut butter and add enough water to mix until smooth and creamy. Pour over brownie batter.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top of the batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool and cut into 12 squares.

- ¾ cup creamy almond butter
- 4 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup almond flour
- 2 ½ scoops Bowmar Nutrition Protein Double Fudge Brownie
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbps espresso powder
- Dash of sea salt
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ tsp coconut oil
Directions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Combine almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
- Mix until smooth.
- Add almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and sea salt to the mixture.
- Mix until well combined.
- Roll mixture into small balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl.
- Heat in 30 second intervals until smooth.
- Add in ½ scoop protein powder and mix.
- Dip protein balls in melted chocolate, return to the baking sheet, and sprinkle them with sea salt.
- Refrigerate or freeze to allow the chocolate to set before serving.

- 1 box sugar free fudge pudding mix
- 1 tub fat free Cool Whip
- 1 tbps peanut butter*
- 5 peanut butter cups, diced/chopped
- 1 chocolate pie crust
Directions:
- Start by mixing the pudding mix and the protein powder with the Fairlife protein shake.
- Whisk together until smooth and thick.
- Fold in the Cool Whip and mix until fully combined.
- Add the mixture to the pie crust.
- Drizzle peanut butter in a swirl around the pie.
- Top with diced peanut butter cups.
- Freeze overnight.
- When ready to serve, simply remove pie from the freezer, cut into 8 slices, and enjoy!!
