We hosted our own festive gathering and are excited to share some deliciously high-protein recipes that are perfect for fall get-togethers!

  • Ingredients:

    Directions:

    • Grease a 9x9 pan with cooking spray.
    • Melt butter in a frying pan on low heat.
    • Add the marshmallows.
    • Once the marshmallows are almost completely melted, slowly mix in the collagen until well combined.
    • Add in cereal and mix well.
    • Pour the mixture into your greased pan.
    • Allow to cool then use a ghost cookie cutter to create the ghost shape.
    • Use black icing to draw the eyes and a mouth!!
    • ENJOY!!
  • Ingredients:

    Directions:

    • In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk for roughly 2 minutes then allow to set for 5 minutes (or follow the directions on the pudding box).
    • Fold in the cool whip.
    • Once well combined, add in the protein. Mix until well combined again.
    • In plastic cups, scoop enough (1-2 tablespoons) of crushed cookies to cover the bottom of each cup.
    • Top with a layer of pudding mixture.
    • Repeat layers, alternating between the cookies and pudding until ending with cookie mixture. We did cookie, pudding, cookie, pudding, and finally another cookie layer.
    • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
    • Add shredded coconut and a few drops of green food coloring to a small container with a lid. Shake until colored.
    • Before serving, top each dirt cup with shredded coconut and candy pumpkins.
    • ENJOY!!
  • Ingredients:

    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
    • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
    • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
    • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
    • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
    • 1 scoop Unflavored Collagen
    • Pizza sauce
    • Mozzarella cheese, shredded and/or the whole
    • Toppings of choice (we used spinach, baby tomatoes, and pepperoni)

    Directions:

    • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees .
    • Lightly grease a pizza pan or baking sheet with olive oil or cooking spray.
    • In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, unflavored collagen, and Italian seasoning.
    • Stir in the Greek yogurt and use your hands to knead the dough into a smooth dough ball (2-3 minutes).
    • Spread the dough onto the pizza pan/baking sheet and shape it however you like (we went for a pumpkin and ghost for extra fun!)
    • Pre-bake the dough for 5 minutes.
    • Remove from the oven, spread pizza sauce evenly all over the pizza, then add your cheese and toppings.
    • Pop back in the oven and bake for 15-17 more minutes, until the crust is perfectly golden. Let it cool.
    • Slice and serve!

    Notes:

    • If the dough is sticky while kneading, sprinkle some flour on it.
    • When creating your pizza shape, press the dough from the center to the edges.
  • Ingredients:

    • 3 chocolate bars (we used Hershey 1.55 oz bars)
    • 1 scoop of Protein S’mores
    • 10-15 large marshmallows
    • Graham Crackers

    Directions:

    • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
    • Break the chocolate bars along the break lines and arraange them evenly at the bottom of a ramekin dish (you can stack but don’t stack too many).
    • Bake for 5-10 minutes or until the chocolate is mostly melted.
    • Remove from the oven and let cool for roughly 5 minutes.
    • Mix in the protein powder (make sure it isn’t too hot or the protein will clump).
    • Add a layer of marshmallows on top of the chocolate mixture. Place them next to one another, but don’t overlap.
    • Return to the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until marshmallows are brown on top. Check at 5 minutes to avoid burning the marshmallows.
    • Remove from the oven and serve immediately with graham crackers for dipping.
  • Ingredients:

    Directions:

    • Prepare the Protein Frosting by following the recipe provided.
    • Transfer the frosting to ONE corner of a ziplock bag and snip the tip to create a piping bag.
    • Pipe the frosting onto a cute cutting board in the shape of a ghost.
    • Use a spatula to smooth it out.
    • Add the eyes and mouth with black icing.
    • Fill in the space around the ghost with your dippers of choice. (If you’re anything like us — indecisive, it may take a minute or several to get everything arranged where and how you want it to be).
    • Serve & ENJOY!!
