How to use Bowmar Nutrition Greens

For best possible results, consume Bowmar Nutrition Greens on an empty stomach in the morning, before your first meal of the day. Bowmar Nutrition Greens can also be consumed anytime of the day!

  1. Water- Simply mix 1 scoop of Greens into 6-8 oz of water, mix well with a shaker bottle or a rapid mixer. The Greens are meant to taste good on their own. You can do this with all of the Bowmar Nutrition Greens flavors we offer!
  2. Green Smoothie- Add Greens to your typical green smoothie. For example, add a scoop of greens, your choice of fruit, water or your choice of milk, yogurt, spinach, etc. You can even add a scoop of protein for extra nutrients, then blend! It makes a perfect green smoothie and tastes delicious! You can use all of the flavors we offer for this one as well
  3. Protein shake- You can add our Greens to your regular everyday protein shake. Add a scoop of protein and a scoop of greens into water or your choice of milk and mix well with a rapid mixer or shaker bottle.
  4. Mix- Bowmar Nutrition Greens taste amazing with other supplements we offer: Essentials, Nootropics SHARP, Collagen, Immunity Support, etc.
  5. Matcha Latte- If you like matcha, wait until you try this. The new Matcha Greens can be added to your choice of milk, just like a normal matcha. You can also make it hot or iced! Add a scoop of greens to hot or cold milk then mix with the rapid mixer and ENJOY.
