Base:

  • 1 1/4 cups + 2 tbsps of milk or water (your choice)
  • 1 scoop Protein Hot Chocolate
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate pudding mix

Mix Ins:

  • Fudge brownie, diced up
  • Chocolate syrup

Blueberry Lemon Donut:

How To Make:

As mentioned, above are the bases + the mix ins you’ll need depending on the recipe you’d like to try. Below are the steps for how to make each of them:

  • Combine milk or water (1 1/4 cup), protein powder, and pudding mix in a Creami container using a rapid mixer. Mix until well combined.
  • Freeze for 12-24 hours.
  • Remove and add 2 tbsps of milk or water. For the Blueberry Lemon Donut, use 1/2 cup of water or milk.
  • Lock the container into your Creami and choose "Lite Ice Cream."
  • Remove some of the mixture to make room for your mix ins.
  • Add your mix ins, lock back in, and choose "mix in."
  • Top with your toppings of choice and ENJOY!
