National Peach Ice Cream Day = permission to treat yourself!
We spun up this high-protein, delicious peach ice cream by using real milk, Greek yogurt, and our Peach Cobbler Whey in the Ninja Creami!
Here’s how to make it:
Peach Protein Ice Cream (Ninja Creami, 1 pint):
– 1 scoop Bowmar Peach Cobbler Whey Protein
– 1/2 cup 2% or whole milk
– 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
– 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 small ripe peach, diced (or frozen)
– 1 tsp lemon juice
– 1 T sweetener of choice (stevia, honey, or maple syrup)
– pinch of salt
Instructions:

In a blender, combine protein, milk, yogurt, vanilla, sweetener, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth.

Pour into Ninja Creami pint and freeze for 24+ hours.

Spin on “Lite Ice Cream” or “Soft Serve” mode. Re-spin for extra creaminess if needed.

Stir in diced peaches at the end (optional but delicious).
