They’re easy to make and the perfect way to celebrate without falling off track. A little festive, a little fun, and a whole lot of flavor - let’s get started.
Ingredients
-
1 cup natural no-stir peanut butter
-
1/4 cup honey
-
2 scoops Bowmar Nutrition Vanilla Whey Protein
-
1 cup chocolate chips
-
1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
-
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
-
Optional: festive sprinkles for topping
Instructions
Step 1:
In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter, honey, and Bowmar Nutrition Vanilla Whey Protein until a dough forms. It should be soft but firm enough to shape.
Step 2:
Shape the dough into small egg shapes using your hands. Place them on a lined baking sheet and freeze for about 2 hours, or until solid.
Step 3:
Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil until smooth. You can do this in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each session.
Step 4:
Dip each frozen egg into the melted chocolate, making sure each one is fully coated. Let any excess drip off, then place the eggs back on the baking sheet.
Step 5:
Melt the white chocolate chips separately and drizzle over the coated eggs. Add festive sprinkles if desired for an extra Easter touch.
Step 6:
Allow the eggs to set in the fridge for 15–20 minutes until the chocolate hardens, then enjoy.
