This smoothie bowl combines chia seed pudding with a refreshing fruit smoothie for the ultimate morning treat. Follow these simple steps to whip up a nutritious breakfast bowl that will fuel your day:
Step 1: Make Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients:
- 2-3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt
Directions:
- Add everything to a cute bowl
- Whisk until well combined
- Let set for at least one hour
Step 2: Make Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 4 handfuls of fresh fruit
- 1 cup milk
- 2 scoops Protein Powder (we used Protein Blueberry Cheesecake)
- 2 scoops Unflavored Collagen
Directions:
- Add everything to a blender
- Blend until desired consistency
- Pour over or next to the chia seed pudding (depends on the bowl you're using)
Step 3: Add Toppings
You can add any toppings you'd like such as fresh fruit, granola, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, black sesame seeds, etc.
