WORKOUT:
This workout is one giant circuit. You’ll go from one exercise to the next with little to no breaks in between. You’ll complete 5 rounds of the following movements:
1. deadlifts
2. dumbbell bench press
3. kettlebell neutral grip bench over row
4. walking lunges
5. devils press
Each round the reps with change. Here's the layout:
round 1 - 20 reps
round 2 - 15 reps
round 3 - 10 reps
round 4 - 5 reps
round 5 - 3 reps
The weight you use will vary based on the reps. You should go up in weights all the way to the end.
