1) Hack Squat (can use machine, dumbbells, or trap bar) 4 sets, start light and increase weight each set and perform until failure 

2) Leg Press — 4 sets, start light and increase weight each set and perform until failure 

3) Walking Lunges (can use barbell or dumbbells) — 2 sets until failure 

4) Leg Extensions — 2x10 reps, 1 set until failure
