At-Home Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew:
One thing about us, we love a good dupe! With Starbucks’ fall menu officially here, we had to come through for our fellow basic b’s by dropping protein-packed dupes for our favorite seasonal sips. Up first, the classic – Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew.
A smooth, bold cold brew with a silky pumpkin twist, topped with creamy, frothy goodness that makes you want to reach for an oversized sweater, even if it’s still 75 degrees outside. It’s perfect for those who want fall, but are still ice coffee girlies (or boys) at heart!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cold brew coffee
- Ice cubes
- 1 scoop Protein Pumpkin Spice
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla syrup
- 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, plus more for dusting
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
- In a glass, mix protein powder into cold brew coffee with a rapid mixer.
- Add ice.
- In a separate glass, froth heavy whipping cream with vanilla syrup, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice until it's thick and creamy.
- Pour over the coffee mixture.
- Dust with pumpkin pie spice and salt.
