How Beef Liver Capsules Benefit You:
Finally, a product we have been working on for over a year is now available! I have been using beef liver for years, and it only made sense to make our own. Organ meat has so many benefits (if you follow our outdoor pages, you have seen us eat almost every organ). That being said, it isn’t feasible or realistic to consume the amount of organs you need daily to see any benefits, which is where supplements come in!
Beef liver pills are a great way to get the benefits without having to eat the liver itself! Because beef liver supplements offer heme iron (among other minerals) in combination with folate and Vitamin B12, they help overcome anemia naturally, prevent fatigue, and regulate irregular menstrual cycles and neurological issues.
Non-heme iron (found in plants or synthetic sources) is less bioavailable than the heme iron found in beef liver supplements. This makes it extremely attractive for those with iron deficiencies or those looking to maintain optimal iron levels. I have been anemic my entire life until I started using beef liver capsules. I get my hemoglobin tested once a quarter before donating blood, and it always returns perfectly.

Many people replace their multivitamins with beef liver supplements. It is entirely up to you whether you want to continue taking a prenatal or multi on top of beef liver supplements, but please be mindful of your overall iron intake for the day.
Like most supplements, it can take time to “feel” them working. Most will notice subtle benefits, such as more energy and better mood, within 2-3 weeks of consistent use.
It may cause:
- upset stomach
- healthy detoxification
- allergic reaction (extremely rare)
- iron overload (only for people with an iron metabolism disorder)
Due to the high amounts of iron, it’s recommended to take with food but NOT with calcium (whether in food or supplement form).
