MELT: Stim vs Stim Free

What is MELT?:

When paired with a calorie deficit (when you are consuming less calories than you burn), this product is effective with fat loss and body recomposition as the ingredients work synergistically with one another. MELT stimulates your body’s fat cell receptors and boosts your metabolism, which promotes an increased level of fat burning, prevents the production of new fat, and curbs your appetite and food cravings. In turn, limiting calorie absorption, improving your mood, and providing a natural boost of energy.

Difference Between Stim and Non-Stim:

Our non-stim MELT will provide the same amazing benefits and results as the stim version except we removed the following ingredients: Caffeine, Bitter Orange, Theobromine, Zinc, Selenium, Vitamin E, and Rauwolfia Root Extract. In place, we added CitraPeak and Ferulic Acid. Citrapeak has been proven to reduce hyperglycemia (high blood glucose / blood sugar), which can significantly reduce cravings, insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, and LDL cholesterol. Ferulic Acid helps lower body weight and visceral fat accumulation.

Alongside the removal of some ingredients, we also adjusted the dosing on others such as  Acetyl L-Carnitine, Ashwagandha, Green Tea Leaf Extract, and Taurine. The dosing adjustments, ingredient removals, and ingredient add-ins were necessary to ensure you still receive the same incredible results and benefits from the stim-free version as you would the stimulant. This makes the stim-free MELT perfect for those that are caffeine/stimulant sensitive or want to consume their caffeine elsewhere!

Benefits:

  • Amplifies Fat Loss (when in a calorie deficit)
  • Improves Metabolic Health
  • Enhances Fat Oxidation (burned/used for energy)
  • Increases Fat Mobilization
  • Replenishes Electrolytes (typically lost while burning fat)

Ingredients:

Stimulant MELT:

  • Vitamin Cantioxidant proven to minimize the catabolic stress response
  • Vitamin D: fat soluble vitamins responsible for various bodily functions
  • Vitamin E: antioxidant that can reduce cortisol (stress hormone) levels
  • Magnesium: one of the most important electrolytes and tends to be depleted during dieting and the use of fat burners
  • Zinc: antioxidant that has been shown to reduce appetite and improve weight management. The full study can be found here
  • Selenium: deficiency can reduce thyroid function, which will negatively affect metabolism and weight loss
  • Chromium: sensitizes insulin which makes your cells more receptive to absorb glucose, preventing an excess from floating around in your blood steam. Too much glucose in the blood causes fat build up in artery walls
  • Potassium: electrolyte that tends to be depleted while on fat burners
  • Taurine: has been proven to help inhibit fat buildup inside of white fat cells, but tends to be depleted when taking fat burners
  • Acetyl L-Carnitine: an amino acid derivative that helps mitochondria burn fat to produce more energy. The full study can be found here
  • L-Carnitinedecreases the amount of fat stored and has been proven to reduce visceral (belly) fat. The full study can be found here
  • L-Carnitine L-Tartrateaids in maintaining weight and normal glucose levels in already healthy individuals when consumed in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise. The full study can be found here
  • L-Tyrosine: an amino acid that is a precursor to epinephrine, norepinephrine, and dopamine (hormones produced by your adrenal gland that help regulate your metabolism, blood pressure, stress response, and other functions). This can reduce stress and cortisol (elevated levels have been proven to cause overeating and weight gain)
  • Hesperidin Peel Extract: regulates glucose and lipid metabolism and carbohydrate metabolism. A recent study conducted of cyclists taking hesperidin saw significant fat loss as well as an increase in muscle mass. Placebo group saw no change for both fat or muscle. Study can be found here
  • L-Tryptophan: serotonin precursor that helps with satiety (feeling full)
  • KSM-66 Ashwagandhais an adaptogen that is proven to help reduce stress (cortisol) and increase testosterone in those who are active and weight train. Ashwagandha also provides numerous other benefits for your body and brain. For example, it can boost brain function, lower blood sugar and cortisol levels, and help fight symptoms of anxiety and depression. Full studies found here and here
  • Green Tea Leaf Extract: has been shown  to increase fat oxidation at rest and contains various polyphenols that exude a positive metabolic effect on the body. In a double blind, placebo controlled, study it showed a 24 hour energy expenditure increase by 4.6%. Full study can be found here
  • Caffeine: one of the few substances known to help mobilize fats from your fat tissues and can help suppress appetite
  • Theobromine:  structurally similar to caffeine and derived from cocoa, it is a performance-enhancing agent similar to caffeine that improves your mood and facilitates fat browning (as described here). Full study can be found here
  • Bitter Orange:  increases metabolism and energy expenditure. Full study can be found here
  • Capsicum Fruit Extractnon-stimulant fat burner that can assist with lipolysis, which is the breakdown of fat stored as triglycerides in fat tissue into free fatty acids to be used as a fuel source for contracting muscles
  • Rauwolfia Root Extractplant based molecule similar that may reduce appetite and increase fat burning by blocking alpha-adrenergic receptors

Non-Stimulant MELT:

  • Vitamin Cantioxidant proven to minimize the catabolic stress response
  • Vitamin D: fat soluble vitamins responsible for various bodily functions
  • Magnesium: one of the most important electrolytes and tends to be depleted during dieting and the use of fat burners
  • Chromiumsensitizes insulin which makes your cells more receptive to absorb glucose, preventing an excess from floating around in your blood steam. Too much glucose in the blood causes fat build up in artery walls

  • Acetyl L-Carnitine: an amino acid derivative that helps mitochondria burn fat to produce more energy. The full study found here
  • L-Carnitine: decreases the amount of fat stored and has been proven to reduce visceral (belly) fat. The full study can be found here

When to Take MELT:

There is no “better” time to take MELT. You can take it in the morning, before your workout, after your workout, during your cardio, with lunch, etc. Take it whenever it works best for you, but we do recommend being mindful of how late in the day you take the stim version since it does contain caffeine.

One serving of MELT is 2 scoops; however, we recommend starting off with 1 scoop to see how your body responds for at least a week. You may only need 1 scoop and then the tub will last twice as long. The amount is going to vary from person to person.
