These delightful treats are a fusion of flavor and nutrition. Featuring Whey Protein Strawberry Milkshake, a customer favorite, along with rolled oats, creamy cashew butter, and a hint of almond extract, they're reminiscent of the classic dessert, but packed with protein and fiber to keep you fueled. Let's whip up a batch!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 scoops Strawberry Milkshake Protein
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup freeze dried strawberries, crushed
  • 1/3 cup cashew butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp milk

Directions:

  • Add oats, protein powder, salt, and freeze dried strawberries into a food processor. Blend until combined.
  • Add cashew butter, vanilla extract, almond extract, honey, and milk to the food processor. Blend until well combined.
  • If the dough is too dry, mix in more milk! If it's too much, add in a bit more of the crushed strawberries.
  • Roll mixture into balls.
  • Enjoy immediately or set in the fridge to firm up.
