Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop Protein Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 cup of milk (your choice) or water
  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 4 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Dash of cinnamon and pumpkin spice (for garnishing)
  • Optional toppings: peanut butter and maple syrup

Directions:

  • Boil water or milk and a pinch of salt.
  • Stir in oats and cook about 5 minutes over medium heat. Stirring occasionally. 
  • Once done, remove from heat and allow to cool.
  • Slowly mix in the protein powder and combine well.
  • Stir in pumpkin puree and vanilla extract into the mixture.
