These frozen treats capture the essence of a traditional s'more with a protein twist, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while staying on track with your nutrition goals.
What You'll Need:
- 2 scoops of S'mores Protein
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp sugar/fat free chocolate pudding mix
- 6 oz of lite cool whip
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
- 6 graham crackers (full sheets)
How to Make:
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper (leave some overhang).
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cool whip until smooth.
- Slowly add in the milk and continue beating until combined.
- Whisk in the chocolate pudding mix and protein powder.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Pour mixture into a baking pan and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
- Once the bars are firm, remove from the pan and place onto a cutting board.
- Place 6 graham cracker HALVES evenly onto bars and cut the bars into 6 pieces.
- Place a cookie sheet on top of the bars then carefully flip the bars over while holding the cutting board.
- Place remaining 6 graham cracker halves onto frozen smores bars.
- Wrap well with plastic wrap and place into the freezer.
- Once frozen, serve and ENJOY!!
