Nothing says summer quite like a s’more does! The combination of gooey marshmallows, melted chocolate, and crisp graham crackers is a symphony of summer flavors. But what if you could enjoy that classic taste in a guilt-free, protein-packed treat? 

Say hello to our latest recipe: S'mores Protein Ice Cream Sandwiches!

These frozen treats capture the essence of a traditional s'more with a protein twist, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while staying on track with your nutrition goals.

What You'll Need: 

  • 2 scoops of S'mores Protein
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar/fat free chocolate pudding mix
  • 6 oz of lite cool whip
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
  • 6 graham crackers (full sheets)  

How to Make: 

  • Line a baking pan with parchment paper (leave some overhang).
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cool whip until smooth.
  • Slowly add in the milk and continue beating until combined.
  • Whisk in the chocolate pudding mix and protein powder.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  • Pour mixture into a baking pan and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
  • Once the bars are firm, remove from the pan and place onto a cutting board.
  • Place 6 graham cracker HALVES evenly onto bars and cut the bars into 6 pieces.
  • Place a cookie sheet on top of the bars then carefully flip the bars over while holding the cutting board.
  • Place remaining 6 graham cracker halves onto frozen smores bars.
  • Wrap well with plastic wrap and place into the freezer.
  • Once frozen, serve and ENJOY!!
