Tropical PRE Frozen Fuel Popsicles
Ingredients

1 cup pineapple juice

1 cup coconut cream

1 ripe banana

3 scoops Tropical PRE

¼ cup coconut flakes (optional, for texture + flavor)
Directions

Blend the base – Add pineapple juice, coconut cream, and banana to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Add the fuel – Mix in 3 scoops of Tropical PRE and (optional) coconut flakes. Blend again until fully combined.

Freeze it up – Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4–6 hours (overnight is best).
