 What Foods Are High in Plant-Based Protein? 

When living a plant based lifestyle, sometimes it can be difficult to achieve your daily protein intake, but it’s definitely not impossible! Here are a just few foods that are vegan and high in protein:

  • Lentils
  • Chickpeas
  • Black Beans
  • Tofu
  • Whole Grains (quinoa, rice, and oats are great options)
  • Veggies (not all veggies are higher in protein, but broccoli, asparagus, and brussel sprouts all have a higher protein content)
  • Nuts or Nut Spreads
  • Legumes
