Complete as a giant superset or break it up however you want. The gym had 3 people this morning when I was there so it was easy to complete as a huge superset

*drop set, I started with 25s and did 7 reps (each arm), went down to 20s and did another 7 reps, finished the remaining with 15s. This is just so you can understand the method to my madness. Use a weight that works for you
