Look, while you can sip on the cup-lickin’ delicious flavor of Strawberry Milkshake Protein all on its own, why not *shake* things up (see what we did there)?! Here at Bowmar Nutrition, we love being boujee and getting creative with the ways we enjoy our unique protein powder flavors! Join us as we share three Strawberry Milkshake Protein infused recipes you’re sure to fall in love with.
Strawberry Cheesecake Shake:
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 scoop Strawberry Milkshake Protein
- 2 tbsp fat free & sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth or you reach the desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and ENJOY!!
Strawberry Rice Krispie Treats:
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp butter
- 5 cups of rice krispies cereal
- 16 oz marshmallows
- 2-3 scoops Strawberry Milkshake Protein
Directions:
- Melt butter on low heat.
- Mix in marshmallows until melted then slowly add in
the protein powder. Mix until well combined. - Add in rice krispie cereal and combine.
- Pour mixture into a greased pan and allow to cool.
- Cut into squares and try not to devour!
- Optional: top with pink sprinkles
Strawberry Blonde Dupe Shake:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2-1 scoop Caramel Collagen
- 1 scoop Strawberry Milkshake Protein
- Whipped cream
- Handful of crushed graham crackers
Directions:
- Add the first 4 ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth or you reach the desired consistency. -
Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream
and crushed graham crackers. - ENJOY!!
Strawberry Creami:
Ingredients:
- Handful of fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
- 1 scoop Strawberry Milkshake Protein
- 1 1/4 cups + 2 tbsp of milk
- Optional mix-ins: cheesecake bites, graham crackers, more strawberries
Directions:
- Combine milk or water (1 1/4 cup), protein powder, and pudding mix in a Creami container using a rapid mixer. Mix until well combined.
- Freeze for 12-24 hours.
- Remove and add 2 tbsps of milk or water.
- Lock the container into your Creami and choose "Lite Ice Cream."
- Remove some of the mixture to make room for mixins.
- Add your mixins, lock back in, and choose "mix in."
- Top with your toppings of choice (muddled strawberries, graham crackers, chopped cheesecake, etc)!
- Serve in a cone or a bowl and ENJOY
Neapolitan Shake:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chocolate almond milk
- 1/2 scoop Vanilla Bean Protein
- 1/2 scoop Strawberry Milkshake Protein
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate spranks (aka sprinkles)
Directions:
- Add the first 3 ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth or you reach the desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
- ENJOY!!
Strawberry Shortcake Energy Bites:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 scoops Strawberry Milkshake Protein
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup freeze dried strawberries, crushed
- 1/3 cup cashew butter (or peanut butter)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp milk
Directions:
- Add oats, protein powder, salt, and freeze dried strawberries into a food processor. Blend until combined.
- Add cashew butter, vanilla extract, almond extract, honey, and milk to the food processor. Blend until well combined.
- If the dough is too dry, mix in more milk! If it's too we, add in a bit more of the crushed strawberries.
- Roll mixture into balls.
- Enjoy immediately or set in the fridge to firm up.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup swerve granular
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup fat free plain greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3 scoops Strawberry Milkshake Protein
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cup diced strawberries
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour (to toss strawberries in)
Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered swerve
- 1 tbsp light butter – melted
- 1/3 cup diced strawberries
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together swerve granular, unsweetened almond milk, greek yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, 3 scoops of protein, baking powder, and salt.
- Take the 2 cups of diced strawberries and toss them in 2 tbsp of flour.
- Combine your wet and dry mixtures and fold in your flour covered strawberries.
- Pour your mixture into a greased 9×5 bread pan. Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If the top is getting too brown for your liking, feel free to cover it with foil. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
- For the glaze, combine your powdered swerve, melted light butter, diced strawberries and almond milk.
- Glaze and ENJOY!
