Shooter:
Yep, your eyes are not deceiving you. A SHOOTER. All you need is 1.5-3 oz of water, your choice of PRE, mix together and shoot! This makes it quicker and easier to get out the door and get your pump on!
Boosted Watermelon:
You heard that right… Watermelon! You take about one cup of watermelon, throw it in a container, add 1-2 scoops of your favorite PREworkout, cover with a lid and shake! Once it’s all mixed together, enjoy your PREworkout soaked watermelon and get yourself to the gym!
Energy Drink:
PREworkout energy drink? Say less. You’ll mix 1-2 scoops of PREworkout with 2 oz of regular water, add in 8-12 oz of sparkling or seltzer water, and voila! Not only will you have a delicious, carbonated beverage to sip on, but you'll also get the elevated energy levels and insane pump our PRE has to offer!
PRE Freezy:
This one is perfect for any hot summer day or for any popsicle lovers! You’ll need a popsicle mold, your favorite PRE, and some water. Add 1-2 scoops of pre workout into each mold, fill them up with water, stir, freeze and enjoy!
Gummy Bear Candy:
If you’re a candy lover, then you will love this! Get a gummy bear mold, your favorite flavor of PREworkout, mix with water, and add it to a medium saucepan on medium-high heat. When it looks like it’s about to boil, remove from heat, then add gelatine and mix until it’s fully dissolved. Once that’s done, take your dropper to fill the gummy mold, chill for 10 minutes and you have tasty PREworkout gummy bears!
